China's Coal Output in May Drops Slightly Year over Year, an Industrial Info Market Brief
China produced 320 million metric tons (MMT) of coal in May, about 0.1% less than the amount produced in May 2019, the National Bureau of Statistics of China reported on Tuesday.
However, last month's coal production was up 6.0% from April's level, the bureau said.
