SUGAR LAND--January 29, 2018--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--IGP Methanol LLC (Houston, Texas) has secured an air-quality permit for a $3.6 billion, four-unit complex in Plaquemine Parish, Louisiana, which as designed could become the world's largest methanol production facility.
