SUGAR LAND--June 20, 2018--Written by John Egan for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Crude oil production in the Permian Basin will have to be curtailed within the next three to four months because there will be no more outbound pipeline capacity available, a logistics consultant said in a June 13 webcast.
