U.S. LNG Exports Surpass 5 Bcf/d, an Industrial Info Market Brief
Domestic U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports have now surpassed 5 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) now that there are three plants (six trains in total) in operation. Feed gas into Sabine Pass is around 3.8 Bcf/d today, with Corpus Christi at 0.5 Bcf/d and Cove Point near 0.8 Bcf/d, it is expected that by the end of 2019, LNG exports will be around 9 Bcf/d.
