Southeast Asia May See 107 Capex Projects Kick Off in 2019, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Industrial Info is tracking 107 Chemical Processing capital expenditure (capex) projects worth $4 billion that are scheduled to kick off this year in Southeast Asia. Of those, 39 projects valued at more than $1.6 billion are in the plastic/rubber sector. The development of major end-use industries, such as automotive, construction, electronics and packaging, will remain a key factor for plastics demand.
