Chinese Cement Maker Invests in Indonesia, an Industrial Info Market Brief
China's Hongshi Holding Group plans to invest about $2 billion to build an integrated cement plant in East Kutai, Indonesia. Hongshi Holding is working to complete the local environmental and construction permitting. Construction of the 8 million-metric-ton-per-year plant is estimated to start at the end of this year. The two-phase project is planned for completion in less than two years.
