Devon Divests Canadian Assets to Canadian Natural Resources, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Devon Energy has begun the transition of selling its Canadian assets to Canadian Natural Resources in a move that will allow Devon to become a U.S.-asset business only. Devon's U.S. assets are in the STACK play, the Delaware Basin, the Eagle Ford and Powder River Basin. The deal should be finalized by the end of the year.
