China Issues Regulatory Directive to Promote Fair Opening of Oil and Gas Pipeline Facilities, an Industrial Info Market Brief
China's National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the State Administration for Market Regulation recently published the Regulatory Directive on Fair Opening of Oil & Gas Pipeline Facilities. According to the new directive, operators of oil and gas pipelines will be gradually separated from other business and provide fair services of their pipelines to all users.
