German State Utility EnBW Acquires French Renewable Energy Developer VALECO, an Industrial Info Market Brief

French renewable energy developer VALECO has been acquired by German utility EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. The acquisition is expected to bring EnBW close to its goal of installing 1 gigawatts (GW) of onshore wind capacity by 2020.
