Court Allows Petrobras to Divest Natural Gas Pipeline, an Industrial Info Market Brief

A Brazilian Court has allowed state-owned oil and gas major Petrobras to continue with the $8.6 billion sale of a 90% stake in the Transportadora Associada de Gas SA (TAG) natural gas pipeline, according to the Oil & Gas Journal. The sale had been suspended in May. Engie and Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ) is purchasing the asset.
