China's June Power Output Up 2.8% Year Over Year, an Industrial Info Market Brief
China generated 583.4 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) in power in June, an increase of 2.8% year over year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics of China. June's output also was 2.6 percentage points higher than output in May.
For the first half of 2019, power output in China was 3,400 billion kWh, a 3.3% increase over the same period in 2018, according to the bureau.
