Philippines Opens 17 Petroleum Blocks for Bidding, an Industrial Info Market Brief

The Philippines' Department of Energy (DOE) has opened bids for petroleum blocks within three nominated and 14 predetermined areas in the Philippines' six basins. These include both shallow and deepwater drilling prospects in East Palawan, Cagayan, West Luzon, Sulu Sea, Cotabato and Agusan-Davao basins.
