MoU Signed Between Australian and Chinese Meat Sectors, an Industrial Info Market Brief
The Australian and Chinese meat sectors signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) establishing a cooperative alliance to strengthen the food safety practices and exchange technical know-how. In 2019 through August, Australia exported more than 172,000 tons of beef, 45,000 tons of lamb and 39,000 tons of mutton to China.
