Venture Global Receives FERC Approval for Plaquemine LNG , an Industrial Info Market Brief

Venture Global has received final approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to proceed with construction of its planned liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Plaquemine Parish, Louisiana. The company has not yet made a final investment decision (FID) to move forward. Once fully constructed and operational, the facility will produce 20 million metric tons per year of LNG.
