Iran to See Significant Increase in Propylene Production in Coming Years, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Iran's Chemical Processing Industry manufactures various kinds of products, including fertilizers, petrochemicals, plastic and rubber chemicals, and chlor-alkali products. Iran has been an important propylene producer in the Middle East and is poised to see significant growth in propylene production in the next few years.
The country has plans to execute 14 capital projects valued at $4.54 billion to build new production facilities, with the major focus on producing propylene via propane dehydrogenation.
