Saudi Arabia to Invest $122 Million in Ethylene, Polyethylene Plant Maintenance, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Saudi Arabia is the largest olefins producer in the Middle East and also has a leading role in the production of other chemicals. Saudi Arabia's petrochemical producers plan to invest about $122 million in 38 ethylene and polyethylene unit turnaround maintenance projects during 2020 and 2021. A major investment of $23 million will be made by Saudi Arabia Petrochemical Company (PetroKemya), followed by Eastern Petrochemical Company, with $18 million.
