China's Coal Output Up 4.5% in November 2019, an Industrial Info Market Brief
In November, China's coal output reached 330 million metric tons (MMT), an increase of 4.5% year over year, which was 0.1 percentage point higher than the previous month; from January through November, China's accumulative coal output reached 3.41 billion metric tons, an increase of 4.5% year over year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics of China.
In November, China's import of coal reached 20.78 MMT, an increase of 8.5% year over year, which was 2.9 percentage points lower than the previous month. From January through November, China's accumulative coal import reached 299 MMT, an increase of 10.2% year over year.
