U.A.E. to Invest in Indonesia's Energy Sector, an Industrial Info Market Brief
Investment agreements valued at $22.8 billion were signed during the Indonesian President's visit to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). A sovereign wealth fund is being set up in Indonesia to finance energy and infrastructure projects, which is part of the country's move to its new capital in Aceh Province. According to Joko Widodo, the agreements cover business deals in the areas of oil and gas, telecommunication, ports and petrochemicals.
