Russia's Omsk Refinery Introduces Low-Sulphur Marine Fuels

GALWAY, IRELAND--March 3, 2020--Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland)--The giant Omsk refinery in Russia's western Siberia has started production of low-sulphur fuels that comply with the International Marine Organization's (IMO's) new regulations requiring ships to use marine fuels with a sulphur content below 0.5%.
