Amid the global COVID-19 crisis, Mexico's Pemex TRI is evaluating its 2020 planned maintenance plans at its refineries. Due to delays in contractor lineups as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and fewer contractors being allowed in the facilities, the company needs to review its original plans to perform the turnarounds.
