KNPC Launches Clean Fuel Projects at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery in Kuwait, an Industrial Info Market Brief
Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KPNC) this month started the commercial production of its Clean Fuel Projects (CFP) at its 346,000-barrlel-per-day Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery in Kuwait. The project involves the addition of a 50,000-BBL/d ARDS unit; a 37,000-BBL/d delayed coker; a 26,000-BBL/d FCC-naphtha HDT; an 8,400-BBL/d coker naphtha HDT; a 30,000-BBL/d isomerization unit; and a 72,000-BBL/d vacuum rerun unit.
