Axion Resumes Refinery Expansion in Argentina After COVID-19 Suspension, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Axion Energy restarted an expansion at its 85,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Campana refinery in Argentina, after it had been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March. The company completed construction on the 43,000-BBL/d gasoil hydrofiner, and the unit began operations on June 3. It had initially been scheduled to begin in April.
