Syncrude Canada on June 3 started a planned maintenance turnaround of the 80,000-BBL/d Coker 8-2 at its 265,000-BBL/d Mildred Lake Oil Sands Upgrader and Refinery in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. Originally set for 50 days, the duration will be extended to mid-to-late September due to safety protocols.
