Chevron on July 14 restarted the lone crude, 38,000-BBL/d VDU and 24,000-BBL/d CCR 3 Reformer, after a planned turnaround that started on April 6, at its 100,000-BBL/d Pasadena, Texas, refinery. Additionally, Chevron restarted the 56,000-BBL/d FCCU that was shut April 12, as well as six units that were shut on April 13. The units were shut due to a lack of auto fuel and product demand during COVID-19, and are still operating at lower rates.
