Indian oil and gas companies IndianOil, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corp Limited (HPCL) have formed a joint venture to lay 2,757 kilometers of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) pipeline from Kandla, Gujarat, to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
