Refined Petroleum Terminals in Philippines Remain in Operation, an Industrial Info Market Brief
The Philippines' petroleum storage terminals in Metro Manila and surrounding provinces remain in operation and maintain 50% minimum storage supply of petroleum products with the decline of fuel demand and announced price rollback. The Philippines' Department of Energy ensures that there is enough petroleum product supply in the affected areas with the implementation of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) starting August 18, as part of COVID-19 containment program.
