Valero Refining restarted the 80,000-BBL/d Crude West unit, which began planned maintenance on October 1, at its 190,000-BBL/d Memphis, Tennessee, refinery. The unit returned to service with a 20% rate reduction due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
