China's Environmental Ministry Asks Refiners to Defer Maintenance, an Industrial Info Market Brief

The Shandong Bureau of China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment is asking more than 40 independent oil refineries to defer maintenance activities at both oil and petrochemical plants that traditionally are conducted between April and October.
