Phillips 66 has delayed a planned turnaround, which will now begin in late March, at its 195,000-BBL/d Ponca City, Oklahoma, refinery. The event includes 42 days of maintenance on the 26,000-BBL/d FCCU 4 and a 25-day planned turnaround of the 33,000-BBL/d Crude CTU 4. Also included in this event are the 36,000-BBL/d Hydrotreater 8 and 25,000-BBL/d Hydrotreater 9.
