China's Zhejiang Province Calls for More Biomass in Renewable Energy Plan

China's Zhejiang Provincial National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) submitted its 14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development for comments. Zhejiang envisions its new installed capacity for biomass power generation will total about 300,000 kilowatts (kW) by 2025.
