Survey: U.S. Manufacturers' Capital-Spending Expectations Highest Since 2018

SUGAR LAND--September 24, 2021--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Capital-spending expectations by U.S. manufacturers are at their strongest in more than three years as the economy continues to recover from the pandemic-related downturn, according to a survey by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). Respondents to the survey anticipate an increase of 3.6% in capital spending over the next 12 months.
