Minimills Technologies Incorporated (Manilus, New York) was awarded the construction contract for the project, which is expected to be completed in mid-2013.

Also in New York, General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) is retooling its Tonawanda Engine Manufacturing Plant No. 5. The $425 million is expected to be completed by the middle of this year.
