Technip Incorporated (Houston) is performing engineering and procurement services for the hydrogen plant. Linde BOC is performing engineering and fabrication services for the sulfur recovery unit. Foster Wheeler (NASDAQ: FWLT) (Houston) is performing engineering and procurement for delayed coker unit. S&B Engineers and Constructors Limited is performing construction management for the crude and vacuum units and offsite utilities. Turner Industries (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) will perform construction services for the hydrocracker unit and hydrogen plant. Zachry Construction Corporation (San Antonio, Texas) is performing construction services for delayed coker unit and sulfur recovery unit.
