SUGAR LAND--February 16, 2022--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The overall value of U.S. project construction starts was down 17.4% in January from a year earlier, although some industries such as Chemical Processing and Pharmaceuticals & Biotech saw significant increases, according to Industrial Info's spending index.
