NEW DELHI, July 26, 2022--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Middle Eastern refiners expect to start 1.12 million barrels per day (BBL/d) of crude distillation units by December 2023. A total of 580,000 BBL/d of grassroot plants are planned to start up.
