Antofagasta Minerals has reduced the numbers of workers in 75% at the Pelambres expansion project in Chile. Some areas of the project are being placed under care and maintenance while other parts of the project will continue as scheduled. This measure will last at least 15 days and could be extended. The final impact in the delay of the project has not been determined yet.
