The first 25-ton-per-hour production module is being constructed near Bailey's Central coal preparation plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. Site preparation and foundation work on the first commercial-scale facility began in June. The module is expected to be commissioned sometime in the first half of 2020. Once operational, the module will be capable of processing 200 tons per hour of waste coal. At full capacity, the plant will have eight modules converting as much as 4,900 tons per day of waste coal. There is currently no official timetable for the remaining seven modules. A pilot plant, in the same location, came online in 2017.
