India's JSW Cement is under an extensive expansion drive with an investment of $281 million to reach 20 million tons per year of cement production by 2020 through both brownfield and greenfield expansions. The company will raise another $492 million through an initial public offering (IPO) to add another 10 million tons per year by 2025, with the addition of two 5 million-ton-per-year plants in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
