Eastern Europe Spends Big on Environmental Compliance, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Attachment: env Easter Europe

Eastern European countries still rely heavily of coal as fuel for power generation. Therefore, with increasing focus on the environment and more stringent directives coming from the European Union, companies are forced to put investment into their environmental compliance projects.

Across Eastern Europe and Russia, a total of $2.9 billion is being spent in upgrading and adding environmental controls in the Power Industry. Click here for a list of projects.
