Indian engineering firm Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is understood to be the front-runner for ONGC's NQL Living accommodation platform offshore Mumbai. The NQL platform will be able to accommodate up to 120 people and will be installed on a separate four-legged jacket, bridge-linked to an existing living quarters platform.
