India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is adopting a tendering strategy for offshore platforms, in which a qualified group of contractors would be allowed to bid on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. Any long-term agreements (LTA) would be valid for three years.
