Plant shutdowns are important times for manufacturers, when they can address daily operational issues and improve plant efficiency. Russian chemical producers are planning 103 scheduled maintenance projects worth $147 million that are set for kickoff in 2020. The most projects are planned to kick off in May, August and September.
