IIR Energy Top Refining News Today: December 12th 2019
Pemex TRI restarted two (and associated) units in late November at its 243,000-BBL/d Salamanca, Mexico, refinery, after they had been offline under planned repairs since October 28. The refinery is currently running at approximately 40% of normal capacity, and will continue as such until the end of December.
