Tropical Storm Sally has slowed and moved further east, with the potential to make landfall in Biloxi, Mississippi, in the early morning hours of Wednesday. The slowing of the storm increases the potential for extensive flooding in tributaries, and a strong storm surge could reach 5 to 8 feet. The storm was expected to become a hurricane today.
