Saudi Arabian petrochemical producers plan to invest $96.5 million to perform turnaround maintenance for 28 ethylene and polyethylene units during 2021 and 2022. Major investments will be in fourth quarter of 2021, with $20.5 million, followed by the first quarter of 2022, when five major units will go offline for $16 million worth of project activity.
