Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--In order to meet the rise in demand during the winter season and to store increased natural gas production from gas fields, Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company (IGEDC) is gearing up to develop multiple underground storage terminals by adding nearly 250 million cubic meters of natural gas storage.

The underground gas storage facilities are expected to cater the regions of Tehran, Kashan, Razavi Khurasan, Qom, Ilam, Kohgiluyeh, Boyer Ahmad and Gulastan.
