CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--July 30, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Romania's state-owned heat and electricity producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., a subsidiary of Termoelectrica S.A., plans to commission a new natural-gas-fired combined-cycle unit at the CET Vest Power Plant in September.
