Power to Chernobyl Nuclear Site is Cut, Again

Ukrainian transmission system operator Ukrenergo reported the facility was relying on power from electricity from diesel generators on Monday, after transmission lines to the facility were damaged again. The turn of events occurred after repairs to the transmission lines were completed on Sunday, following damage that occurred last week.
