Valero, on November 14, shut down the 76,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) for minor repairs at its 170,000-BBL/d McKee Refinery in Sunray, Texas. The unit is expected to start back up on November 17.

BP Raffinaderji Rotterdam B.V. is in the process of restarting the 200,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 4 (Sour) and 200,000-BBL/d CDU 3 (Sweet) at its 400,000-BBL/d Rotterdam Refinery in the Netherlands. The units were shut down on November 15 due to a power outage, but are expected to resume operation by November 17.
Atyrau Refinery LLC continues with a planned plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 100,000-BBL/d Atyrau Refinery in Kazakhstan. The works are to be performed on a unit-by-unit basis, and all units are expected to resume operation by the end of November.
