North America
Suncor started planned maintenance on Plant 2 (East) at its 98,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Denver Refinery in Commerce City, Colorado. The event is expected to last until late May or early June. The entire refinery recently restarted after being shut down by severe weather caused by Winter Storm Elliot in late December 2022.

International
Dangote Industries Limited continues with the test run of the 650,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) at its 650,000-BBL/d Lekki Refinery in Nigeria. The commercial startup is tentatively expected by June 30.

Total Refining & Chemicals began restart procedures at its 230,000-BBL/d Donges Refinery in France, after it was shut down on February 27 due to an issue with an electrical transformer. The return to full operation is expected by April 21.

PCK Raffinerie Gmbh started a planned maintenance turnaround of five units and associated units at its 220,500-BBL/d Schwedt Refinery in Germany. Completion is expected in late May.
